Automatic line for the production of tubes for gutters welded with TIG system.
There is possibility to weld different materials, such as copper, aluminium, zinc-titanium, stainless steel.
This very automated line has characteristics which determine a high quality standard, such characteristics are:
- Heading and welding bench (to speed up the change of coils);
- Roll forming line with change of cassettes (to change quickly tube dimensions);
- Cut with small rolls (to avoid burr or deformation of tube);
- Automatic stacking with steel strap to form a trapezoid package (to avoid the operator having to pack manually)
- Unloader with rotation of package (to optimize the final package).
